A few years ago, Dave was the project manager on a unique garage that had challenges at every turn. Our goal was to demolish an existing ADU (accessory dwelling unit) and replace it with a more functional space that fit our needs and our landscape. The project involved every trade imaginable from welders to custom concrete work. Dave was an invaluable resource when it came to communicating both the engineering drawings and our vision to all those involved. He was by far the most hands on project manager I have ever worked with, and his attention to detail really shows. He was able to envision simple ways to elevate our plans without a huge cost output.
He transformed a basic entryway into a breathtaking rustic porch, built an amazing stone retaining wall with rocks uncovered during excavation, and so much more to bring a beauty to our property that I did not think was possible. Without Dave’s involvement, our project would have been much more costly as he was able to translate the architects drawings and the engineering specs into real world scenarios. During the summer of 2018, Dav3 Clingman of Imagine360 designed our remodel on our 1951 home. He also was appointed by the general contractor as our on-site active superintendent who lead and coordinated the project as well as the acting project manager that handled all direct communication with us.
The remodel encompassed our most cherished and visible living space, our kitchen and living room and the bathroom adjacent to this space. Dave was able to clearly align all contractors and their work to smoothly accomplish our remodel in a timely fashion. He excelled at offering keen eye for detail and bringing qualified contractors including an interior designer who was instrumental to achieving our vision, onto the job.
Dave was able to supervise contractors with knowledge and he brought his own skill and experience to the many jobs at hand. He communicated well with the City of Golden on code regulations, contractors and he was able to keep us informed at all times on the progress of our project.
He was able to help us design and build a space that solved for form and function beautifully! We have continued to enjoy our remodel and the lasting quality work that was done in 2018 brings us joy every day. We are very grateful to have worked with Dav3 and highly recommend his services.
