Dav3 Clingman
Principal and Owner Dav3 Clingman holds a degree in Environmental Design from the University of Colorado. A native to the state he continues to devote his time and energy to the Fraser Valley, all while looking beyond his mountainous surroundings. Dav3 successfully developed and managed a design-build division for Grand County’s #1 General contractor, Boxwell Construction Company, Inc.
What’s with the 3?
Imagin3 the parent company to Imagine360 is focused on home energy audits as part of your homes’ remodeling plans. Energy Solutions and audits including IES Services and Home Performance Inspections start at $250. Considering a home remodel or addition? A home energy audit is an excellent place to start the process.
As a child Dav3 grew up writing his E as a 3, there are many different theories on that fact but, it has always been a part of him. So, when it came time to sign on to a computer the only way that was possible was with a 3. Dav3 has now taken this approach in naming IMAGIN3. The 3 is important in so many ways: The Father, Son and the Holy Ghost trinity. A triangle is the strongest structure, and so on…most importantly are the 3 entities that IMAGIN3 groups together under one umbrella, professional design, management, and consulting firm.

Inspiring Remodel
Dav3 purchased a “fixer-upper” home in Golden. The second story addition is well-known in the neighborhood as an inspiring remodel to local homeowners with similar homes in the area. Dav3’s dream, IMAGIN360 is a company that seeks a horizon and vision for the future of environmental home energy solutions.
Dav3’s daughter who is quickly growing and seeking to learn more about the world around her. It is our responsibility to think/act sustainably and wisely as we navigate the Earth’s delicate future.

The Imagin360 logo is an ode to my love for the mountains: the raw wild nature, amazing horizon lines, abundant water, and pure beauty that feed my soul. This original logo was hand drawn at the foot of the Fitzroy Range, Patagonia, El Chalten, Argentina. I hiked up to the base and spent a few hours in the sun drawing and soaking in the amazing massif of granite and glaciers. I knew it was special and I felt a surge of energy when I infilled my company name Imagin360 within its bounds. The moon is a testament to my daughter and the eyes in 360 are owl eyes, my spirit animal. At closer examination there are a few hidden gems within the drawing. It was cleaned up, and colorized to provide a simpler recognizable logo. All in all I am humbled by what the world is made of and thank God for the opportunity to live, work, explore and adventure in his amazing creation.

Because of the high impact on the environment and high social responsibility, we feel it is our philosophy to take environmental and sustainability planning into daily activities and measure our progress on a triple bottom line in economic, social, and environmental results.
Our efforts to act on efficiency and sustainability issues now are going to be a real stimulus for innovation for sustainable homes in the future.
